I started in the financial services business in 1979 as an insurance agent.  By the mid-1980’s I was a registered representative, using mutual funds, managed investments, variable life and annuities to offset the retirement dilemma.  The primary objective was to help my clients reach their retirement with adequate funds to live on for the rest of their lives.  That was easier said than done.  Because of inflation, market instability, and the average age (50+) of my serious clients, producing enough to live comfortably in retirement seemed to be a dream.

In 2002 the change of a lifetime took place.  I was invited to a bank seminar, and was introduced to the unbelievable world of the Reverse Mortgage.  Of course many were saying it was “too good to be true”, but it became a way out for seniors struck with the burden of mortgage payments while on the fixed income of retirement.  Since 2004 I been specializing in the Reverse Mortgage as a licensed loan officer.  My objective is still helping my clients archive a better life style.  I believe there’s no finer job, than to be able to help seniors improve their financial situation.
