Lindsay Wade Terry

Hailing from Annapolis, Maryland, Lindsay is a graduate of St. Mary’s High School. She received her undergraduate studies from Virginia Tech, where she majored in Communication with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing. Now a long-time resident of Kent Island, Lindsay prides herself on her close-knit community, as well as the relationships she has forged across Maryland’s Eastern Shore and surrounding counties. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and four children; whether nestled up at home, boating from The Narrows to Ego Alley, or indulging in everything “Old Bay”.  

Lindsay entered the Mortgage Industry in 2003, after becoming frustrated with her own personal home-buying experience. She became passionate about finding creative financing solutions for her clients no matter how complex.  Lindsay’s industry experience combined with her remarkable interpersonal skills, has directly attributed to her unrivaled reputation in the mortgage profession. She remains focused on understanding current market trends, complexities of mortgage lending, and the forces that drive interest rates.  Lindsay’s insight is a key component in not only keeping her clients informed but ensuring that they are properly qualified for the most suitable and affordable loan product in which to fit their needs.
